All products ordered on Creative Confluence Graphic Designs are provided by various print-on-demand companies. Due to this, the details of the shipping & returns policy vary greatly. Please review these policies for your knowledge.
Orders are held in processing for 24 hours from the time you place your order. This is to allow you time to make changes or cancel your order if needed.
Each of the printing companies we use has a unique daily cutoff time. Daily cutoff time refers to a period during the day when orders stop being processed. If an order is received before the daily cutoff time, it will go into production. Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time will be produced the following business day. The average production time is 2-7 days. Keep in mind that holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.
Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual:
Each of the printing companies we use has different shipping prices. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page once selected items are placed in the cart and a valid shipping address has been entered.
Each of the printing companies we use partners with different shipping carriers. Some of the common carriers used are:
Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Some printing companies and/or shipping carriers will provide a tracking number. In these cases, you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number details when it is available.
All orders are sent to print production 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once an order has been sent to print production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, CCGD is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for selecting the right information for your orders. If you are still in the allotted time frame and need to change or cancel an order email us at imagine@ccgraphicdesigns.com.
All products are unique and produced per order by print-on-demand services. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing errors or printing issues. In these cases, we ask that you email us at imagine@ccgraphicdesigns.com with a detailed description of the damage and include digital photographs in a .jpg format no larger than 250kb.
In case a replacement order is approved, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund, which will be returned to the same payment source where it initially came from.
